Greetings. Yesterday we performed at The Girl's Rock Annual Revolutionary Rocker Awards Ceremony and it was great. The first inductee was Rosie Flores. I know Rosie from Girls Rock Camp and she was (and still is) fantastic. She taught me some guitar picking that I still do today. It was such an honor to be included in the party, and even though we didn't have Michelle (she was rocking her art at E.A.S.T) we played great. We got to hang out with Terri our band manager (she should be on that list for future RR's), and legendary journalist Margaret Moser. The fans were fantastic, and the weather was great. And after opening the show, we got to be fans and listened to Follow that Bird and Schmillion. By the way, don't forget to vote for Schmillion for the School Jam USA. If they win, they go to California to perform and the on to Germany (hopefully), picking up money for their school programs along the way. Not sure what's next up on the gig calendar, but pix from yesterday are coming soon.
